Kylie Jenner has been named in a lawsuit filed by a former housekeeper.

In a complaint filed in Los Angeles on April 17 and obtained by **, plaintiff Angelica Vasquez alleges discrimination and harassment of national origin, race, religion, disability, and failure to provide reasonable accommodation, among other claims. Jenner is named as a defendant in the suit, although Vasquez does not make specific allegations against her in the filing.

According to the complaint, Vasquez began working for Jenner in September 2024 at the reality star's Beverly Hills residence. A week later, she was reassigned to Jenner's Hidden Hills residence. The document alleges the Vasquez was "treated with hostility and exclusion" by her supervisors and other staff members.

Vasquez was "assigned the most difficult and undesirable tasks," the doc claims. She was "excluded from the housekeeping team; publicly belittled and humiliated in front of coworkers due to her race, national origin and religion; and subjected to intimidation and demeaning treatment."**

"Supervisors snapped their fingers at Plaintiff, shouted at her, falsely accused her of misconduct, and treated her in a demeaning and degrading manner." The document claims that the way Vasquez was treated "was continuous and created a toxic and abusive work environment."

Per the complaint, Vasquez, who she says was the only "Salvadoran housekeeper," was allegedly "mocked for her accent and treated as inferior because of her Salvadoran background." The defendants, meanwhile "failed to take any meaningful corrective action." Vasquez claimed in the filing that any complaints made about the working conditions were ignored.

The defendant's treatment allegedly worsened after Vasquez spoke out about the incidents, per the complaint. Vasquez says she experienced an increased workload, a reduction of scheduled hours, false accusations, and disciplinary warnings.

Vasquez also claimed to have experienced "hostile verbal and physical conduct."

"On or about March 29, 2025, a supervisor threw hangers at Plaintiff’s feet while reprimanding her," the complaint alleges. "Plaintiff was also subjected to threats regarding pay, including statements that she would not be paid if work was not completed," which Vasquez believed to be retaliation for speaking out.
